United Office Choice provide printing services for all your business requirements, including business stationery, company manuals, promotional brochures, business cards, marketing materials and even wide format copying and printing.

 

Copying and binding services

United Office Choice offers customers copying, binding and laminating services to provide you with a professional finished product.

 

Custom printing

United Office Choice can also arrange for customer printed envelopes, business forms and cards, rubber stamps and many more products. Simply order your item, include your logo/artwork and the copy to be included and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Promotional items

Promote your business and improve your brand with our custom printed, high quality promotional products. We offer a hue and innovative range from pens, calculators and mugs to Swiss army knives, grooming sets, golf sets and binoculars. Traditional ordering methods

  • Phone – simply phone your order through to us and we will promptly deliver the order to your door free of charge (orders over $50, metro only).
  • Fax – fax your order through to us at any time and it will be promptly processed and delivered within 24 hours.
  • Email – simply email your order through to your dedicated Account Manager and we will promptly process and deliver your order within 24 hours.
  • Dedicated one on one Account Managers  -  No impersonal call centres. Cost savings through competitive price, personalised knowledge, advice and product substitutions.
     

Online Ordering

United’s customer online ordering portals are fully customisable and provide an efficient and effective means of placing orders,  identifying products, tracking orders, viewing account history as well as paying invoices (via credit card).  Hierarchical ordering (approvals hierarchy) and ordering limits are also available.

 

Vendor Managed Cabinets

Here at United in addition to our traditional available ordering methods and online ordering we can also offer a vendor managed cabinet service. Cabinets are a great way of procuring your office supplies, because effectively, once they’re installed, no purchasing is required – we do all the work for you. We stock the cabinets according to a predefined list (decided by you), then, we refill them on a regular basis and bill you for what you use. It’s as easy as that. No more time wasting, over spending or inefficient ordering practices. This ultimately leaves your employees to focus on the company’s core business.

Our Sustainability

recycle - environmental friendlyUnited Office Choice is committed to conducting its business in an environmentally friendly manner. It does so by ensuring the United range is sufficiently stocked with ‘green’ options where available.

Here at United not only does our full line office products catalogue highlight/identify these ‘green’ options (look for the 'green choice' bubble), but we also have a ‘Green Choice’ office products catalogue available which acts as a quick and effective reference point when choosing environmentally friendly product solutions for your office.

In addition to making ‘green’ options available to our customers and actively promoting their benefits, we also offer a cartridge collection program (via a third party) to our customers for the collection of used ink and toner cartridges.

United’s Waste Management Policy also ensures that all warehouse packaging and office waste is disposed of responsibly and re-used/recycled where appropriate.

All orders are packaged using recycled or recyclable materials.

 

Product return

  • Where the product is faulty or was supplied as a fault by United Office Choice, collection will be arranged at no cost to the customer
  • Faulty product is the responsibility of the manufacturer, and United Office Choice will handle the claim on your behalf
  • Faulty product can be replaced, or fully credited - please discuss with your Account Manager
  • Where the product is the fault of the customer, (incorrect description, incorrectly ordered), it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to us.  United Office Choice will always endeavour to process credits for same within the same trading month.
  • Where goods have been purchased in specially for the customer United Office Choice reserve the right to charge a handling fee for any customer returns.

Account terms

  • 30 days from End of Month.
  • Account Applications are simple and straight forward to complete.
  • Payment can be made via EFT, Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.
  • Diners and Amex card transactions attract a 5% surcharge, all other credit card transactions free of surcharges

 

Delivery terms

  • Orders in metropolitan area placed before 2pm are next day delivery
  • Free Delivery for orders over $50, metro only
  • Same day orders can be established, (with a delivery charge )
  • Urgent (within two hours) can be arranged (with a delivery charge)
  • Delivery charges are in accordance with current Aceit pricing for your area.
     
 

Product return

  • Where the product is faulty or was supplied as a fault by United Office Choice, collection will be arranged at no cost to the customer
